Serious comment and information for your perusal and for your consideration based on a personal experience.

Are they fully qualified and what is their mean age?

What experience do they have and how long are they working in this sector?

What motivates them to do SO MUCH HARM and CAUSE SO MUCH STRESS and DEPRESSION to other citizens who are already under severe stress, depression and living in total daily fear and hardship with no end in sight?

Are they working under any form of bullying, duress, pressure, stress, meeting target objectives, with an ultimate fear of losing their jobs, from previously inept management still at the helm or otherwise involved?

Are these workers under so much pressure that they make mistakes likely to have grave outcomes for citizens in financial distress and suffering from severe depression?

Are all of these workers fully vetted from a security perspective? Did they ever work for other financial institutions in Ireland or abroad?

Do they have any conflicts of interests viz-a-vie their employ?

How can affected citizens feel happy and be fully assured that their identity security, privacy, business secrets and other personal, confidential, sensitive information expected to be submitted by them on a Standard Financial Statement (SFS) will be kept safe and secure? How can citizens be fully assured that credible security, data protection and other norms are constantly maintained safely, securely and away from prying eyes that could otherwise benefit by the critical information expected to be submitted on an SFS? How can citizens be sure their personal confidential information that people working in these institutions, and God knows where else they worked will not illegally make use of such information. How do they know who will actually see this information. Whose laptop, iPad, tablet, computer could it end up on? Such devices are regularly stolen – most unreported or the data was hacked, as is the norm nowadays because totally inadequate communications security is in place.

Are Standard Financial Statements a means of extracting inappropriate information about citizens while they are under extreme stress, depression and duress?

Outside agencies/organisations purporting to be assistive to citizens in fiscal distress should be avoided like the plague once they insist on fully completing an SFS! The financial institution will tell you YOU MUST fully and accurately complete an SFS before they can begin a process with you and assist you. THAT IS A LIE! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ASSISTANCE. AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY EVERYTHING BACK RIGHT DOWN TO THE LADST CENT OF ANY ADDITIONAL INTEREST ACCRUED. THEY HAVE NO ASSISTANCE TO GIVE YOU.

Despite what they say Banks in particular in Ireland are still not fully financed – more lies by an already totally untrustworthy financial organisation.

What they actually mean by helping you is to get you to incur and accrue much more interest!

They will take your home anyway, a process that is being more easily provided for by your elected representatives in government.

NEVER complete a full SFS and never submit documentary evidence in support of it. Instead make a statutory declaration. The EU and World court will back you up on this!

Are employees of banks, building societies and other financial institutions totally satisfied with their employment conditions and do they have faith, fear, loathing, contempt for any person/s in management? Are appropriate records of staff disputes maintained?

What training have they received and are they assessed on it afterwards by management before its put into use to be absolutely sure they can properly apply the indoctrination in daily chronic stressful situations that WILL arise?

Have they been programmed with selective hearing processes when speaking to the ordinary citizen victims of the very severe fiscal fiasco and recession in Ireland? Does the citizen have an unfair disadvantage here?

Note how people you speak to on such serious matters to you, zero in on certain remarks you may make and force you onto their narrow viewpoint – a form of bullying. Make a complaint to the Garda Síochána if this is done persistently.

Citizens should record all telephone conversations in the same manner as the financial institutions, notifying the person you speak with accordingly and of course complying with Data Protection legislation.

Citizens should also satisfy themselves as to the authenticity of the person with whom they are speaking and take whatever measures are necessary to do so.

Do any of them have actual personal experience / knowledge as to what it is like to be in financial difficulties with a prospect of losing one’s home and household, not having proper food and the total disruption to normal family life, as expected in the Constitution of Ireland? Does their training and assessment after training prepare them adequately on how to deal with such distressed citizens?

Are they aware that what they say to citizens might cause a citizen to commit suicide or commit self-harm?

Are any of these employees of banks and other financial institutions in personal financial difficulties themselves and have they declared such to their employer? Are they aware that any one of more senior management is also in financial distress?

Are such employees who have no financial difficulties made fully aware of what it actually feels like to be in financial difficulties and are they trained accordingly if not?

Are any resolution cases sub-let to any other outside financial organisations?

How is such process engineered and is the client fully informed? Are there any guarantees as to privacy and confidentiality?

Do any of these employees use their personal social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, G+1 etc., to access the social media accounts of victimised people/clients they are investigating/dealing with for any type of information? Have they received instructions to do so from anyone? Are they aware that it is in breach of privacy, data protection and the rules governing acceptability for the use of such social media?

Are any members of senior management of Financial Institutions in financial difficulties and have they declared such?

Are any politicians, within/without government in serious financial difficulties and have they properly declared same?

Are any Judges in Ireland in serious financial difficulties and have they declared such? Remembering they had such a glut of money during Celtic Tiger {(Gaeilge – Tíogar Ceilteach)} times and heavily invested in property and construction, all or most of which they have lost.

How many Judges are presently operating within the confines of a very high conflict of interest? referring to the Irish economy between 1995 and 2008.

Is this matter of the intricate/delicate/life threatening procedures undertaken in the practical day-to-day methodology of the young men, women employees / agents of financial institutions engaged in mortgage arrears processes and other financial difficulty procedures fully assessed or generally evaluated by the Financial Regulator, the Banks and the Government? Do they care?

What effect does untrained and immature individuals have on citizens in dealing with them when they are already suffering grave stress and psychological damage because of indebtedness or otherwise and inability to meet payments, bearing in mind that they have already had to bail out the banks and the state and have been forced by acts of parliament to have earnings such as pay and pension entitlements reduced so drastically.

Are indebted financially overburdened citizens being taken unfair advantage of in favour of austerity measures?

The harsh fiscal penalties grow in the form of interest and adverse credit ratings the more one becomes indebted when in the first instance it is not the fault of most so afflicted by financial difficulties. This is a further cause of unbearable stress. No point in saying people lived beyond their means when they were goaded into such processes by previous government and financial institutions.

In diverting slightly from the main topic, there follows comments that also have some bearing.

Are we minding too many non-nationals, non-eu nationals who have never paid taxes, social subscriptions or done anything for this country accept scrounge off the backs of and totally insult and treat with contempt the hard-working people who reside in and work hard in Ireland.

How are you going to greet the next politician that calls to your HOUSEHOLD?

Do you trust politicians generally? I already know your answer to that is a resounding NO!

Therefore do you think it TOTALLY UNREALISTIC, CORRUPT and an affront to sane state citizens that SELF-INTERESTED politicians you would not trust as far as you could throw should be allowed to govern a nation? Simply does not add up or make sense!

Is the black market in Ireland booming?

Is it time for a new type of financial institution free from government, banking, EU, IMF, and any other type of autocratic regulation?

Remember, the people are sovereign!

Policing in Ireland has failed as Detective is Assassinated.

Policing in Ireland has become a disgraceful farce. We now see the Minister for Justice on national television talking on behalf of the Garda Commissioner telling us the Commissioner said he had sufficient resources. When there is a hot potato problem with a different angle the Minister would soon refer the media to the Commissioner stating he was in charge of the police force. Actually the Commissioner is nothing short if a puppet whose strings are totally manipulated by the Irish Government directly by Ministers and a dysfunctional Civil Service.

Lies, more lies like the sh1t we are being fed about the extent of our national debt etc. etc. Garda resourcing will soon be blamed on the Commissioner when just a little bit more goes wrong.

I can tell you the Garda Commissioner is afraid to act on his own initiative or say otherwise than what he is told to say by his puppet masters because he could be readily dismissed by Government as provided for by a certain Garda Siochana Act of parliament. The Commissioner therefore will not put his job on the line or rock the boat simply in order to protect his job.

Government had to fix their controlling system because of their unlawful dismissal of Commissioner Garvey. RIP.

The same Act gives total control of our police force to politicians, who are a self interest group not devoid, as we have seen of nefarious acts, corruption and crime, right to the very top in government.

The Garda Commissioner & his senior officers do not have the balls to confront politicians who actually appoint the former. Irish governments past have consistently focused on dismantling and degrading the national police force thereby negating its effectiveness in order to allow themselves a free hand to get on with their nefarious contempt for the laws of Ireland and its honest hard-working descent people.

I call on the people of Ireland to protest by all legitimate means until a separation of police and politics is completely achieved.

I would call on the people of Ireland to set up a more acceptable governance for Ireland and its now cosmopolitan peoples other than politics as we know it. Politicians need not think that governance and treason has been given them by the constitution.

It is time to establish a national co-operative to govern this corruption riddled country. Cronyism, nepotism and corruption are still rife while the citizens are being destroyed mentally, physically, morally, and financially.

Now that one of our police officers has been brutally assassinated, this present Irish government is content to sit back and push the onus back onto the Gardai to solve their own grievous misfortune without the full and proper resources to do so. Even the Garda fleet of vehicles is vintage 06 & 07 when police vehicles are normally burnt out and unroadworthy in six months.

Crimes reported are not being investigated because the resources are not there to do so.

People are very frightened and afraid because they can see criminality and criminals do as they please without fear of prosecution, conviction and imprisonment. How else could criminals accumulate dozens of convictions each.
The answer is very simple.
This is one of the reasons the detective was executed. There will be more to suffer the same fate and worse.

Democracy in Ireland is only for the benefit if the few and does not apply to the mainstream, backbone, ordinary hard-working people of Ireland.

It is time to take action to give the country back to the people. Self interested politicians and politics has failed and destroyed our nation.

Computer & IT Security – Irish Government – Major Source for Concern – Food for Thought.

In view of the fact there are major integrations between EU Governments, the Irish Government and its Departments computer & IT systems, can the Irish citizen be fully assured that their privacy, private and sensitive personal data is secure?

Additionally, is there confidence and assurance that national confidential data, though limited enough, is secure?

Are adequate measures taken to prevent the theft by nefarious electronic and or physical means, data the use of which would benefit criminality, terrorists or any other type of suspect or illegal activity nationally or internationally?

Is there any ongoing security REVIEW detection process in place by Government and all computer aligned Government Departments and any other such agencies to detect any suspicious activities relating to the integration of data process and the data contained within it or aligned via other connected portals to it?

Does the Government have in place any policy or an incentive scheme whereby rewards can be paid to people who point out security breaches?

Is there a likelihood that security leaks can be perpetrated and is there an adequate ongoing security policy and POLICING in place to prevent any form of leaks?

Are all staff acquainted and kept up-to-date on measures they must undertake and adhere to in order to prevent or even lessen the possibility of a security leak occurring unintentionally or being perpetrated?

Do staff bring work home with them on laptop, notebook, smartphones or other data holding devices that are not adequately encrypted in the event of theft or suspicious loss. Likewise do staff have the ability to access sensitive encrypted data using cipher keys on state IT systems from home via local personally owned or operated IT devices? By virtue of the fact that few civil servants work to full potential those minority that work very hard get all the work. It becomes so intensive they probably take work home with them.

While I can appreciate and expect that any form of response will not be forthcoming nor indeed a tailored standardised non-response that security matters are not discussed, maybe there is some food for thought in this for a dysfunctional Civil Service who do not exude any sort of competence and confidence to ever get the job done right!

When you have senior civil servants from the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform and also Foreign Affairs meeting locally and abroad with foreign security services and agencies like MI5, when such should be conducted by experienced security personnel from the national police force An Garda Siochana, it leaves a hell of a lot to be desired and does little to generate any form of a sense of professionalism, security or confidentiality especially when they talk about it afterwards on a bar stool. They may know a little about some things but its all second-hand. They certainly know nothing about any element relating to the area of middle east muslim fundamentalist terrorism activity in Ireland, nor indeed the so called “real ira”. For them its just for the ego trip and a premier class, executive room, high end junket. There is probably a special allowance for it too! Treasonable ignorance would be at the top of my description for such activity.

Ireland is a very small country in a very big world. It does have the knowledge and expertise to mind it’s own affairs when it comes to IT and security issues generally. The Government and its dysfunctional civil service simply destroy those abilities.

There is no confidence! History shows us all of the flaws. Don’t for one minute think that the process has changed.

Governance in Ireland – The Irish Nation Destroyed by a Political Party!

As a true Irish man, I firmly believe that Irish cynicism, begrudgery, inefficiency, sloppy thinking, addiction to alcohol, corruption, fraud, malpractice, greed, certain sports, entertainment and the craic – i.e. that boring, juvenile type trivia on a bar stool, with many individuals 45 years on the dole, is more responsible for ‘the state of the nation’ than the coalition Irish government we have voted into power – one faced with carping disdain from the same electorate which voted consistently for Fianna Fáil’s self-interested, corrupt, pocket-lining, perfidy, 54+% according to available figures.

Ireland has no rightful place among the politically evolved post-WWII nations of Western Europe because it’s government of the day cowered away and chickened out of its responsibilities with a deceitful preference that Hitler might win.  Many thousands of brave Irish men identified the dangers, fought and died under the flags and in the ranks of foreign armies.  Can you imagine how proud they would have been to fight under their own flag?  Indeed some nations rightly gave them their Irish military identities, under which they were proud and honoured to fight and die.  It’s a disgrace in itself that only now are those brave people being recognised by the Irish State.

Ireland has been for too many years a “let’s pretend” farce of a crony ridden banana republic, resulting today wherein practically the only and main ‘functional’ infrastructure is that provided by EU money & close Troika fiscal governance.  That’s how bad they got it wrong.

The audacity was raw lies, deceit and incredibly toxic indoctrination when at the approach to the pinnacle of our fiscal & governance woes they told us we had “turned the corner“.

FF spent the country’s ‘wealth’ primarily on themselves, certain elites, cronies and electoral bribes.  These elites, cronies are still presently benefiting.  They need to be identified, singled out and have their assets stripped – to pay back what rightly belongs to the entire populous of the nation.  Those corrupt and crooked and everyone aligned to them still have a big price to pay & should spend the remainder of their life behind bars doing hard labour.

The Irish public service and semi-state bodies are an overpaid, dysfunctional shambles peopled in the main by lazy pass-the-buck inefficient unintelligent officials immersed in their own bullying ‘little autocratic’ privileges, dynasties and self importance.  Not one of them would be able to put forward an adequate honest contradiction to this. Where else but in such a country would you have people like County Managers paid more than the Prime Minister of Spain!  Contracts do not have to be honoured in view of the obvious nefarious and unethical way in which they were drawn up and implemented.

It is so easy to tear up the contract when it comes to the less well off and less powerful ordinary man and woman in the country.

It is sad to note that so many Irish people appear to have been contaminated by the Celtic Tiger imperative of ‘instant gratification’ uselessness and ‘idle talk’.

It is a pity the factual history (readily available) has been ignored as a ‘primer’ on how NOT to govern a country.

From Anthony Jordan’s, ‘Eamon De Valera, 1882-1975; Irish; Catholic; Visionary’, and comments by Tim Pat Coogan, “De Valera instituted a hierarchical political class, a Catholic state” and, “knew how to get and hold onto power”.  He established the Irish Press (control of the media), the Fianna Fáil party, and a Constitution which gave ‘special place to the Catholic Church, “which did not stand the test of time“.

Just look at the last three Taoisigh Fianna Fáil produced. “SC**BAGS”.   Those who care don’t matter and those who matter don’t care!

The then on-going violence instigated by De Valera’s “Machiavellian approach to the Treaty and antipathy to Collins”, (whose MURDER he arranged) e.g. civil war and IRA attacks on Northern Ireland, has largely been ignored/written out of Irish history.  He survived execution in Kilmainham Gaol by NOT BEING IRISH but claiming American citizenship.  Fianna Fáil rehabilitated De Valera by putting a certain history in all schools”.  Brainwashing!  This is a fact!  That so many Irish students and elders alike are historically illiterate can be explained when one comprehends, even in recent times that, “Mary Hanafin as Minister for Education did not allow a book with another viewpoint to be distributed, even at no cost to the schools”.

We are planning to attempt to give celebration, as a bankrupt people for 1916!  (Troika take note).  Let’s rethink this madness and forget about that era!

There were no doubt some brave but foolish people dragged into the rising, as it is referred to.  However an average-minded half intelligent person at the time knew that Britain was anxious to pull out of Ireland entirely.  It was fighting the Great War and had many other more serious issues to deal with.  The empire was breaking up.  Britain was ready to go and leave the island to the Irish.

We had a few typically corrupt lying thieving gombeen Irish and half Irish men who craved power!  ‘Now’s our chance, they thought’ to kick the Brits out while they were a bit down and under pressure, give them a bloody nose & we will take power in a glorious warrior-like way in an instant.  Typically exceptionally stupid planning there – they only lasted a couple of days- many people more brave than some of the prominent leaders were killed unnecessarily.  Those sad ilk who instigated the rising in order to grab power typically reneged on their perceived bravery and could not even offer a dignified surrender.  Those who thought they could grab power were taught a lesson & most deserved what they got!

To the objective observer, 26 county Ireland has in the main suffered under an extreme right-wing theocratic and oligarchical collusion.

That is the real elephant in the room!

That is the history that decades of supine Irish voters dare not confront when they conveniently transfer blame onto (‘the EU’, ‘French’, ‘Brits’ or ‘German’ Nazis) and latterly ‘the present Irish government.  In ten years time Ireland will be a completely different country simply because of the expanding multi-racial multi-ethnic population we now have taking root in our midst.  About time too!  Never again to be governed by the ilk that has in the main gone before.

To use a criminally convicted politicians phrase, and there should be many more so convicted, “let’s draw a line in the sand” and determinably comprehensively separate our inglorious past from the present and the opportune possibility to generate an honest, equal, secure, peaceful and fair-for-all future for all of the people of our small proud nation Éire.
